Ok why did external and interior mods get combined? There should be a separate section for interior mods and exterior mods. It helps keep things better organized.

Exterior:

Body Kits, Rims, tinting, paint, graphics, head and tail lights.....

Interior:

Audio/Video, lighting, radar detectors, gauges, custom seating/mats.....

That is my example so let me know what you all think, maybe we can get Brad to change it back.

I was also thinking they could make sub categories under the modifications section with interior and exterior instead of having it on the main page.

Oh and now this thread gets buried where no one will find it. Why not leave it on the main forum for all to look at?

Either keep them separate, or make two sub sections under the "Mod" forum.

Keep them together. Between all the stickies, announcements, and sub-forums, I have to page down at least 2 or 3 times to get to the threads. Simple and clean is better, IMHO.

Sounds like the mods have been working a little overtime. If anyone really wants to know how members of the board feel, this should've been put in the 'Mods' section. This is the first time I've ever been to the 'suggestions' forum, and that's because I was only looking for this thread. If I didn't know it existed before it was moved, I would've never seen it.

We move threads to the appropriate forums.

The forums were combined partially due to the fact that we would get NUMEROUS arguments as to where threads belonged, be it "Exterior" or "Interior".

Sometimes it seems like we cant win for losing with you guys. Seriously, the 05 Main section is NOT the only Mustang Discussion forum on this site, and further, it is not the only discussion forum period.

It wasnt moved to "bury it", it was moved because it had nothing to do with the 2005 Mustang as a car. It has to do with Site Feedback and Suggestions, as you are all giving your feedback on the merger.

Also, Brad reads this section, we all try to read every part of the site. Its hard, there are A LOT of parts to this site, and A LOT of reading. You guys are active posters, it cant be said you dont have anything to say! LOL

We appreciate the Feedback. I am personally really happy with the change, makes it less of a hassle when moving threads. "Does it go interior, or exterior?" Even now there will be complaining.

There should have been some kind of announcement in the popular threads that changes were under way. Just changing things up and not telling the members is as Carlito says "NOT COOL".

Guess its a moot point now.. The new set up is better than the old way, and not merged all together. Kind of a compromise,

We can all live happily ever after...

I will have to disagree. Now it's just extra clicks to get to the forums you want to see. It doesn't make any easier on the mods since there are still an exterior and interior subforum of the mods subforum. So now instead of just having a exterior and interior subforum of the 2005 forum, you now have them as a subforum of the mods subforum.

You know you can click on the subforums directly from the main page... right? Those are links underneath there.

Yes I know, I just didn't understand the necessity of the change.
