PM's not Listed

I have sent a couple PM's to Ford's Customer Service Rep - Deysha. The messages are not shown as sent nor are the messages viewable. Other PM's sent are visible. Did I do something wrong or are PM's to Deysha not recorded?

Thats cause you had save sent PM's off. i changed that for you.

How do you change the setting? I looked around the PM site and didn't see anything.

go to that page, and down about half way theres an option for "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default"
