How do you change it?

Just don't say open in paint, then image, then attributes. I already tried that. Doesn't work.

What version of Windows do you have? If it's XP you should be able to right click on it within windows explorer and click "resize pictures"

That was a "power toys" add in from microsoft, free to download from their website.
