Mark all Threads as Read and Return to Index???

Mark all Threads as Read and Return to Index???
With all the tons of suforums here, I quit trying to navigate through them all and just use the 'view new posts' feature on 'the old TMS'. Now with the new one, I click 'New Posts', but it continues to show all kinds of threads I've already seen.
Is the Mark All Threads as Read and Return to Index feature gone???
