I haven't had that problem on my 4. Did you guys get the latest update for your iOS?

 

Yeah I got the latest io6 that's when my problems started!?!

 

According to mine I'm "up to date"

 

They released 6.0.1 a day or so ago

 

I haven't updated yet, I'll do it later today and see if it fixes it.

 

Mines up to date & still won't allow me to edit text. Like if you hold your finger on the screen to take a letter out of a word it automatically goes all the way to the left. It still shows the old text. Like what shurtual86 posted a pic of

 

Is it only on the first line of the post box? im wondering if its the same issue with the send button and all thats being worked on

I guess you just have to get past the first line cause this time it didn't trip out & over text

 

Sure way I can get it to do it, is I start a new post(no quotes ), type "wierd" then space and it will get underlined, then tap and hold until the magnifying glass comes up, then it will jump to the beginning and freeze

 

There are a few ongoing issues with the app, I've just learned to live with them

Scott , I've had it happen about 3 lines down, but it's rare,

 

I didn't realize till now that it's less likely to happen if you go past the first line. That will help.

I haven't had this problem. I'm on an iPhone 4 With the newest update.

 

This is what happens(see pic below) usually it would move the typing cursor to wherever you wanted, but it doesn't and it moves the cursor to the beginning of post and it won't let you erase what you have previously typed.

 

Get it right the first time and you won't have to worry about that.

This. Sand for me...happens on my iPad and iPhone 5. Both up to date on all software.

 

Just updated, and it still does it.

 

Yeah I just installed the new iOS and it's still doing it.
