I'm getting an error message stating that I cannot upload this type of file. It's in JPEG format and I've resized it to the smallest size. They are all 1.18KB. What gives?

I tried that. I've downloaded the windows XP tool for resizing. When I open the pics, they are still way large on my own screen.
I'll send them to Scothew. Maybe you could tell me where I was going wrong. Thanks in advance.

Man I checked out the pics, they are fine. Make sure you have them saved on your computer and try using the attach feature from there. I test uploaded one and it worked fine. The ones you sent were perfectly ok.
