Brad,

Why not add a forum just for all automotive related news? This would not be like the otehr forums that you have added, that are just at the "top" of certain forums, but this would be added on the forum home page. In this forum, only mods, and administrators could add topics. That way, all of the new news articles taht you add, would be in one place, easy to browse...etc..

The only thing is, I don't know how necessary this is..HEre are the upsides...It would be one place, where VISITORS, not just members, but vistors to your themustangsource.com, (maybe not the forum) could quickly check out all of the latest news on themustangsource.com, both the newest Mustang info, as well as all other autonews.. See, you really have no news page. It would be easy for people to stay on top of things..

ONE BIG UPSIDE: If just mods and admins could start threads in this forum, they could also help post news...So you would not be the only one scowering the web for Stang news....

See, I noticed, www.GMInsidenews.com has a news section of their forums, where they post all automotive related news, whether it be GM, or the rest of the world...

The Downsides: you do already have several forums for discussion of the rest of the automotive world..If you have those would you really want to add another forum?

See the reason for having the News only forum, is just so all of the news is in one section for browsing..Sortof like a webpage, except it's on a forum.

You know your, "what's new?" tab? Of course that would be linked straight too the News section of the forums..

BTW, I do know their is an "Anouncments" Forum, but that isn't for automotive news obviously..

What does everyone think? B)

Sorry, I haven't seen this thread until now. I'll consider it when I return from vacation August 1. Send me a PM with a link to this thread to remind me.
