Fuel Pump operation in cold weather
Fuel Pump operation in cold weather
I am having a fuel pump operation issue in cold weather below 50 degrees. This is the first winter I have experienced this issue. The fuel pump will not come on. I can power it on with an external power source. However, I am not getting voltage through the wiring harness. When the external temperature rises above 50-60degrees the pump operates properly. I thought of checking the fuel rail pressure sensor, however, my car does not have one (that I can locate) . Could the fuel pump control module be defective? That was replaced 12 months ago. Please help. Thanks in advance.
