Is there anyway that you could do a search on the posts of a particular member? i.e. me. I answer a lot of threads and the next day I would like to go and see any replies and would like to find my posts.

Moving to 'Testing, Help, Site Feedback, etc.'
And to answer your questions . . . .
Search
Advance Search
Type USERNAME
Select 'Find post by user'
And you can select to show threads or show posts.

If you're going to make daily visits, when you log in just click "New Posts" and you'll see all new posts since your last visit. The little icon next to the thread title indicates if you've posted in the thread or not. I do this so I can not only see what replies I have, but also see any new topics that catch my eye without having to click in the 736 subforums here.
