I've been having the use for a "fist shaking gesture" smiley...
if someone can find a better one I'd like to have one added if possible

No its because Cody phsyically was at that site and its cached in his browser. When he linked it here, its called hotlinking, and since we do not have it cached in our browser, and that site does not allow hot-linking, we see their advertisement banner. On an old site Sendero and I ran, we did not allow hotlinking. Instead when people would try to hotlink images from our site, it would load a 5MB HUGE photo of the NY city skyline. It would kill browsers and god forbid you were on dial up.
