My avatar is gone from the posts, but shows up in the edit profile and edit avatar. I see that others are missing theirs as well. It won't let me upload it again, as it says 'upload file failed'. Am I missing something?

Yeah i had to redo the avatar sizes. Were still getting things back to normal.
