I've had trouble accessing the site all day! Was it down?

Same here. I couldnt get on all day long.

 

It appears so. If you look at the "New Posts" list, there were no posts made between 11:23am yesterday and 3:47 am today, so apparently the site was down for about 16 hours or so.

You guys can't "update" when I'm sick, how will I ever waste time?!

 

I cried....I didn't know what to do yesterday........I think i felt the way Toyota must be feeling.........I feel better now......

 

I never thought I was on the site THAT much till yesterday.

I sat there just constantly hitting refresh hoping that it would come back!

First thing I thought was...oh no, not again! But I decided to give the benefit of the doubt before I started searching for another forum(just kidding) and give it a night just in case it was an update! Glad to have it back.

TMS needs a new server company.

Its pretty hack to do an update during the day. And then for it to go out again this afternoon.

TMS goes out about once a month for me for about 24 hrs. They blame it on Hughes net but I'm not buyin' it because all my other sites - incl forums - are up and loading fine during their downtime. I think the server company is messing with the dns and it takes about a day for it to 'propagate' thru all the various servers.

I realize the bandwidth & storage needs is way huge for TMS compared to my little site, but mine has been up for 12 yrs with a couple of different server cos (currently godaddy) and I've never had problems like this.

Just providing feedback. I appreciate your efforts, but maybe a different server company is worth looking into...

 

It did go down for me again for a while earlier tonight.

 

It went down again around 7 or 8 o'clock p.m. (Feb 4th) for me too.

 

LOL That's exactly what I was thinking. Glad it's back up.

 

Me too. Especially since it looks like I'll be snowed in for a while with this freaking snow storm.
