it will increase the RPM's by a factor of 3.55/3.15=1.13 or 13% higher in the same transmission gear at the same vehicle speed; and also increase torque at the rear wheels by the same amount under the same conditions
each gear will "run out" quicker and the transmission will shift to the higher gear quicker
on the highway, assuming you are currently cruising in the top gear (10th), it will increase cruising RPM by 13%
theoretically it could increase acceleration a little due to the increase of torque; but with the 10-speed auto constantly selecting the best gear for the situation, with 10 to choose from, I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference "seat of the pants" and probably not even measurable on a drag strip
