Young Mustang Enthusiast
Hello all,
I have been very intereseted in the the early model mustangs for a long time. Now, I have the means to pursue my interests. Unfortunately, my first attempt at purchasing my own project 1965 mustang coupe fell apart when the seller was unwilling to wait another week for me to get in from work. I work on an offshore platform and that gives me 2 weeks at home to be able to put into restoring my own mustang. I have to be honest when I say I was severely disappointed when I found out the car had been sold for less than what I offered. Well hopefully there is another car out there waiting for me to breathe new life into her.

Thanks for all the welcome replies. I have an update. The car that slipped out of my grasp, well I know the person who purchased it. It was MY WIFE. When returned home from work, after a week of kicking myself for letting the car slip away, she informed me that her and my in-laws went and bought the car without my knowing. I now have my own 1965 Mustang Coupe project car. I don't know how to thank my wife for doing something like this. I know she had to go through a lot to contact the owner and make arrangements for the transport.
