tire wear with factory settings

tire wear with factory settings
My 2019 GT has 29000 miles and the inside front is worn to the cord. The dealer put on two new tires and checked alignment - said it was near factory spec. I checked and have the printout. I am 71 and do not stress the car at all. Is this normal?

depends on what kind of tires -- the super soft summer-only ones can wear out in about 10-15K miles; but generally they should wear pretty evenly
And I notice they said "near" factory spec . . . does that mean close to spec but out of spec? Is the car lowered? Lowering causes negative camber that can make the inside wear faster than the outside

generally this "introductions" section is for first posts like "hi I'm new to the forum" ; and you'll get better response to technical questions by posting in the model-specific sub-forum

hmmmm . . . P4S is a 300 tread-wear-rated tire, right? not super soft . . . toe is not horrible but should be much better (closer to zero) and might be contributing . . . -1.2 deg camber is a lot; pretty sure that is out of spec negative, good camber for a road track car but might wear tires on the street . . . . so yes I agree with you, the combination of toe and camber likely contributed to the uneven tire wear
