Unhappy Rear Window Defogger in 2103 Pony Convertible

My Mustang Convertible is just 2 years old last Nov

I recently noticed that the rear window defogger isn't working.

I have heard that the only solution is a new top.

Is this covered under warranty ?

I purchased and am paying for an extended warranty.

Thank you

Best to check the warranty documents, call the dealer or Ford. the ford service rep on this board might be able to help as well.

If the car is under 3 years and 36,000 miles?? then i would fully expect it to be covered.

If you need a cheap new top I found a website. It was for my eventual replacement.

Hello BossFish44,

Welcome to the forum! My name is Deysha with Ford Service. Have you addressed this with your Ford Dealer yet? Also, you can check your ESP coverage here.
