Radio volume goes to 0 when I hit a bump and play with knob to get it back up

Radio volume goes to 0 when I hit a bump and play with **** to get it back up
2010 mustang shaker 500 6 disc changer. Doesn't do it all the time and when I go to turn it back up I turn the **** and nothing happens then it finally turns it back up. The steering control button has no problem turning it up can sometimes turn itself right back down. Speed controlled volume is turned off. 15000 miles on car. Anybody else have this problem?
