Proud new owner of 2011 Shelby GT500
Wanted to say hi to all the stang fans out there!
I just purchased my first Shelby and what a joy it is! It's a 2011 Kona Blue with silver stripes.
I was wondering if anyone had info on the number of units made in Kona Blue with the silver stripes.
Also, has anyone expirienced difficulty getting in fifth gear when running it hard?

I am actually gunna go up to galpin today and get my deposit back, then im heading to power ford and placing the order. they gave me a great price right up front. i told that price to galpin and the salesman said "that must be with out the options" so i confirmed with power ford the deal im getting is with all the options i want. and i called my salesman at galpin 3 days ago and left a message and still havent heard back and ive called atleast 10 times a day since.

Kool man, hope everything works out for you. Oh you should order one of these special brochures http://www.fordvehicles.com/brochures/ theres an extra $750 u can put towards your new purchase + 1000 ford incentive. I heard a lot of people having issues getting the $750, so i signed up for a free brochure just to see if it worked and it came with the $750 in like 3 business days lol.
Hopefully you can sell your truck at a better rate rather then a dealer.
