Smile Not Forgotten - New to The Mustang Source

Hi all, my name is Tom and decided to join your group to obtain additional knowledge regarding SN95 Mustangs. I am a senior citizen who through the years always enjoyed nice rides. I acquired a 2000 Mustang Gt Convt. in late 2011 which had been my brothers pride and joy. He had been handicapped and ill for many years and passed in Aug. 2011. Prior to his passing this car sat idle in Long Island New York for 16+ months. I eventually trailed this car to Huntsville, Al. where I reside. I consider this Mustang my project car which I work on as time allows. Over the past year I purchased a complete set of Shop manuals and have tackled many electrical and mechanical issues. My goal is to refurbish this GT to original with up to date modifications ultimately to a condition my brother would be proud of. I will be seeking advice from your forums since Ford sometimes seems to do things differently!
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!

Welcome aboard. I'm sure your brother would be glad that you're looking after his Mustang.

As long as you're remembered, you're never forgotten.
