Noobie in NW Illinois
Hi All,
Just learned of this forum! Hope to strike up some good conversations here!!
I guess I should say a little about me and my baby (much more about my baby than me!).
I live just east of Rockford, IL, in far north central Illinois. I am a member of MCA (64793) and my local MCA club is the Northern Mustang Corral (www.northernmustangcorral.com) out of Bourbonnais, IL.
I currently own a 2005 GT Convertible (picked up new on 8/5/05 from Rizza Ford, Orland Park, IL):
Sonic Blue (of course!!)
Premium Version
IUP (includes MyColor dash)
Auto
Black Convertilbe Top
Dark Charcoal Leather Interior
Premium Rims & Tires
Shaker 1000
Current Mods to Date:
CDC Brake Bar
CDC Dynamite Sticks (Sequential Taillights)
CDC Painted Pony Badge
FMC Pony Plenum Cover
FR500 Chrome Rims 18"x9.5" (No Rubber Yet-BFG KDW's soon)
Future Mods (within the next 18 months):
Paint Brake Calipers Blue
Rubber for Rims
C&L Cold Air Intake
SCT Tune
Future Mods (after 18 months)
Lowering Spring Kit (don't know who's yet!)
Adjustable PanHandle (don't know who's yet!)
1-Piece AL Drivshaft (don't know who's yet!)
Baer or Saleen Brake Kit
If I come across any additional fun items I'll add them to my list! This should give me a nice looking, steetable, well handling & good riding cruisin' machine when all is complete! And I keep everyone posted as I move along!
