Hey guys, been lurking the last few weeks. Ordered my first Mustang from the dealership last week. Should be here by the end of the year..

With all the talk about whats coming up for 2011 it's all I can do to not back out on the order.. Have to admit I'm torn right now..

On the con side. I figure the price will go up for the 5.0 as well as it being a new production, as far as the motor. Might cause some kinks that will have to be worked out.. Parts will be an issue to start as well.. The 4.6 is a proven motor with enough behind it to have most if not all the kinks worked out by now..

On the Pro side The difference in power along with the fact it will be the first year of a new run on the 5.0 motors.. Like I said I'm a little torn right now..

To end it, I placed the order, to cancel it now, then try and get the same curtisy and politeness from my fleet guy at the dealership for the 2011 order.. Something tells me I might screw the pooch..

I sent him an e-mail suggesting the idea.. Told me he's already placed the order but it was my choice.. Going down to shake his hand tomorrow, look him in the eye, see how he really feels.. Will see what happens I guess..
