I just thought I would sign in since I'm reading everybody's thoughts on the '05. I didn't have a clue this thing is coming out so soon! Brad, let a brother know what's up!

Also, I can't find anything on 4.6 swaps into Toyota's...anybody know where to start other than Toyota forums? Flame suit is on...

Just by curiosity, why in the world would you want to put a 4.6 in a Toyota! :scratch:

It didn't suddenly appear at all! I've seen every image on this site quite a few times. Some of them I watched being taken and uploaded. I was just expecting an October arrival I guess.

B. There's no way I could afford insurance on a Mustang and there's no way I could sell my 4Runner with 135K for anywhere close to what I want for it.

C. It's not common. I'd love to have the one of the only V8 96-02 4Runners and maybe show it at some point.

I've been imagining that since Sept. 4, 2000 when I looked at it through the dealership windows!

Absolutely! Well, up until he went crazy. Phish was so pure 10 years ago. I guess he let his fingers get to his head. Whatever. I like Mike the best.

Scothew... That's my lastest project. Not really. I really don't have anything to add to this board, just learning. I love this '05, but I'm not one to buy a first-year product. Brad said the '01 GT was the first Mustang in a long time he fell in love with, the '05 does that to me. I just love resto-mods and this SCREAMS it, with a warranty! I'll be shopping in about '09...g/f will need a car soon. :notnice:

Love the board...pics of the 4Runner this week when everything settles down.

I agree, totally.

I should have specified, though... He's the man on GUITAR. I've been playing for 5 1/2 years, and his playing is phenomenal. One of the truly underappreciated guitarists out there.

 

It makes you . Too bad you can't take somebody to the event and show them anymore. I mean anybody can duplicate the sound with synthesizers (sp?) and what not, but seeing (or not seeing!) his fingers going crazy is just amazing. I would just give up and admit that I can't be that good. Mike just cracks me up. Las Vegas on DVD is about as close as you can get as of now. I just got a VHS recording of "IT" today so I might be awe struck again. :worship: :worship: :worship:

I saw them in Cincinnati in '95. It was amazing. B) They came out in the parking lot after the show to hang out with everybody.

 

In a golf cart? I wish I could've gone in the early 90s. But then I would have to be older than Brad.
