Hello, found this site a couple days ago and have been doing alot of reading but thought I would jump in and join. I ordered last week 7/10 a new Mustang 2012, V-6, Convertible Premium w/MCA pkg,Performance white, Black leather int, automatic, and backup camera. It was sort of a spontanious decision. I had been looking and we were out of town. Just pulled in to see what was on the lot and thought they were closed (Sunday). A sales guy came out and told him he could give me a price if he liked and just picked a few options I knew I wanted. When I was getting ready to leave the mgr was asking me some questions and told me that I qualified for the X plan and gave me another price. I could not pass it up.
. The odd thing was i did not have any pin as some of you say. All I had to do was give him a current pay stub from work. What really gets me is that my local dealer that I have bought many cars from never mentioned it before. Has probably lost me as a customer after 30yrs
. The other dealer is about 60 miles away. Anyway thanks for all the good tips and will be reading and waiting for my new car. Bill
