New in South Texas
While in High School in the 80's, I purchased a 1973 Mustang Mach 1. It drove me around through college, witnessed my marriage, birth of my kids, and start of my first job. So around 2000, I decided it was time for a face lift, so parked it in my garage, and started a tear down project. I thought it would be fun to completely tear it down and rebuild it as a restomod. This went well for awhile, but stalled out for other weekend hobbies. Recently my wife and I had a disagreement about all of the stuff that keeps piling up in my garage, and I was reminded that if I would move my car out, the garage would not be so congested! So, that spurred me on to get going again with the project. Over Christmas, the engine came out and the transmission came out. This week we will remove the suspension components. Many more good times to come! Will be looking for advise for the latest and best restomods to make to the car!

Welcome to the forum. I understand how the restoration projects can get bogged down. Been there done that, finally finished with a little urging from the Wifey. Looking forward to some pics.
