Hi Everyone. Lifetime Mustang enthusiast, and and have owned several over the years, including what at one time had been a 69 Mach 1 fastback with a 428CJ and 4spd. Butchered before I got it to the point of near-worthlessness (including a change of VIN #, which was a sad thing). Still a lot of fun with a 351C and auto, though, and I've got fond memories of taking on a 455 Trans Am in both dead stop and rolling start drags, and beating it soundly. I try not to think about what it would be worth now.....

Present day, COVID and my daughters' encouragement led me to buy a 2007 V6 convertible with a 5-spd. I've added a few little custom touches, and have a cold air intake with tune kit, and a full GT dual exhaust setup waiting to go in.

I'm curious about other mods people have done to the V6, which, if memory serves, puts out more HP stock than the early 5.0's, and has nice torque to it. I'm planning shorty headers in the future, and maybe a larger throttle body/injectors? I'm not looking for neck-snapping HP at my age, just a nice rumble and enough HP to make people look twice, lol. Then again, I've lied before!
