Not sure if you are in a browser or on the app. But from the browser I can help you. It is pretty easy, in the tool bar above the reply entry press the picture image next to the emoji icon. Follow the screen instructions.

Hi, I'm from Alabama. I drive an 06 V6 Mustang. I've been having an issue with my Shaker 500 radio volume. It worked fine one day, and then the next morning there was no sound on the radio function. I turned the volume all the way and was barely getting a sound. I tried turning the radio off and on again, making sure the mute button wasn't pressed, switching stations, and restarting the car. Still barely any volume. The volume works normally when I play CDs. Is this an antenna issue, a radio issue, or a blown fuse? I don't want to pay the dealership $100+ to just diagnose. Anyone know how to fix this problem or know what is wrong with it? Just listening to CDs is driving me nuts!

If however, you're unable to find the answers your searching for in the shaker 500 threads? Then, by all means, submit a specific question and we'll do our best to provide you with some answers if we can? Thanks!
