Good morning Ford Mustang enthusiasts

My name is Juergen and I am the newest member here - at this moment . We ( my Mustang and me ) are living in Germany - so please forgive me if sometimes my english ist not perfekt at all.
I started my Mustang Career in 1990 when I bought my first Mustang.. ( my Mother started earlier in 1980 with a 1980 2.8 V6 Ghia )...My first Mustang was a 1990 5.0 LX hatchback ( MT ! ) in black with black/grey cloth intirieur. Bought him new at BEACH FORD in Virginia Beach VA. ..second one was a 1991 in RED with Grey Leather seats..5.0 LX MT... then came the 1993 5.0 LX MT convertible... black / black / black.. 1995 Sn 95 5.0 GT Conv. MT black /saddle -1995 5.0 GT Conv. teal /saddle ( for my wife ) - in 2008 if found a 1968 289 first owner car from Maywood CA. ( was a stupid guy and sold the Stang two years later to a friend of mine - because I bought a 1969Mach1 with 351 W... ( this one was the biggest challenge in my life-RUST RUST RUST but just underneath )

And two days ago, I found a 2008 Bullitt No.4085 here in Germany. First owner ( 80 something years old ) with on 11500 mls on the odometer. in Highland green of course.

yeah.. thats my life ( concerning the Mustangs ).....

right now the weather here is bad ( rainy ) ...but this weekend I will take some pics of the BULLITT so you can see him here

Greetings from Duesseldorf /Germany
Juergen

thank you for the friendly welcome here in the forum. Yes ....I had the luck that I could buy so many of these fine cars. Unfortunatly I could keep all Mustangs... ( my money machine broke some decades ago LOL ) But this time I will stay with the green machine as long as possible. The 2005 up Mustangs are a real fun to drive. Perfekt car in every way. The Fox Bodys where also funny- because of the
5.0 and the light weight. Real fast - back in the 80/90th.

Greetings Juergen

Very nice find indeed. IMHO the 2008-09 models were much closer to the original 1968 car with it's retro styling. In the meantime, congrats, thanks for sharing and welcome to TMS

@m05fastbackGT yes indeed the 2008/09 Bullitt are the closest once to the 68 FB . Friend of mine owns a 68 FB with 390 cui....he visited me /us today. When he saw the 2008 Bullitt - he asked me about the priece ... wanted to buy the stang. Not for sale was the answer. I will keep this car. And will use him only during the Spring /summer time.

Greetings Juergen

P.S. @ Neko. Thankyou - and Greetings to the Nederlands
