Hello all. I signed on a few months ago but I'm just now getting around to introducing myself. I'm a former GTO owner for 9 years. I bought my GTO new back in 2005 and sold it just last year. It was a nice car but I just reached a point where I just wanted to do something else. So the deal that I made with the wife was to sell the goat, pay off all the debts (except the house and her car) then work on getting my car. So I'm almost to that point now and I've been thinking about what car to get. I definitely not impressed with the Camaro; so it came down to Mustang or Challenger. I like the 392 Challengers a lot but their prices are sky high. As far as the new Mustangs go...I haven't really warmed up to the squinty headlights but I love all the other angles. Back seat room is rather cramped...even compared to the GTO...but no one hardly ever rides back there except my son. So recently after a couple test drives I've made my decision...new Mustang it is.
So I look forward to interacting with you all as I work my way into the Mustang life. Those of you with 6th gen rides look for me in the 2015+ section, as I'll be asking plenty of questions in the coming months.
