New member and having trouble with rear differential noise
Slightly used Mustang (6000 miles) with track package developed rear diff whine that increases with vehicle speed. Been to one dealer at 4000 miless who stated they could not find anything wrong with it. At 6000 miles and unable to hear myself think took it to another dealer. They thought it was the left axle bearing but replaced any no change in noise. Car still on the lift and now tearing down the rear diff. Any other advise out there?
