Hiya guys and gals, new member here.
My car is a 1990 ford mustang lx.
Started life out as a bone stock(minus exhaust) 5.0 auto. Slowly it's changing, started by doing a gt40p head swap and swapped the intake for one I had on another car which is a Bbk SSI-R intake. Bbk shorties and h-pipe with Flowmaster 40s. Jegs big and littles (were already on the car).
I converted the car over to a 5 speed a few months back. Currently I have it tore back apart because of a worn out flywheel issue that prevented me from starting the car, it would just grind.
Took her to the track when I first did the exhaust, heads and intake with the sickly aod trans and only manage a 15.1 pass. Took it back a few days ago since its now a 5 speed and pulled a 14.5 first pass. Made a few more,, had a little spin off the line), last pass I made I just laid into it and blew the tires off with a 15.3 pass at 98mph.
Hoping to take it again once I get a new flywheel and some better tires before the seasons over with.
