Hey everyone..

I'm a long time Ford fan and I've owned many Mustangs. I've had 429 Tbirds, a Galaxie 500, Torinos, a 70 Fairlane, even some german Ford Capris. For the last 10 years or so I've been into turbo Thunderbirds and SHO's.

Here's the Mustangs I've owned~

66 convertible 289 auto
71 notchback 302
80 turbo TRX
82 GT 4 speed
84 GT 5 speed

I've been waiting for years for Ford to produce a Stang that would make me want to buy one again..I was relatively disappointed with the 94 body change..but the new '05 has my undivided attention

Here's my current stable.. (don't laugh at the Miata, it really is a kick to drive) This picture was taken the day I bought the Miata..it now has stripes and R package spoilers. It obviously doesn't have the punch of the V8s, but on an autocross track...let's just say no Mustang has bested it yet. The SHO is a 94 Opal Frost 5 speed..one of less than 200.

Well, just wanted to say hi and say that I'm enjoying the forums and I'm looking forward to see what Ford has coming in the next couple years for the Mustang..I'm really liking the looks of a windveil GT and can't wait to test drive one.

Well at least Mazda is partially owned by Ford

My wife drives a Mazda MPV and I used to own a Mazda 929 and came real close to buying a MX-6 so I shouldn't say anything bad about Mazdas.

Welcome

Mazda MPVs rock! My mom had a '92 model, which I got up to 120 mph. My brother outran a Sheriff's Deputy in it--Jim was 14.

The MPV is fun to drive :hiding:....by minivan standards. It drives like a sedan.
