That car is pretty badA. The white wheels look surprisingly good.

It's been discussed here several times already, but I'm still curious about how that taillight treatment was accomplished.

I was wondering about the tail light treatment too. I wonder if they are just over lays? Looks good however they did it

I'm having the tail light area painted black. I don't like the smoked plastic and will be happy to toss it.

If you look at the Mustang vids on the Ford web site (the one with the flash intro with the tumbleweed drifting by), there's one of a red GT running around. The back shot reveals the tailights to be trimmed in black, not the red we see on production models.

It isn't a separate piece is it? Thought it was one with the lenses and guessed the expense of a two color plastic molding was too high to justify that little touch.

When I get mine I'll be changing that to black also.

The rocker stripes and wheels remind me too much of a 76 Mustang II. Yech

EXACTLY! My first thought was, "AHHHHHH!!!!!! The Cobra II is back! Oh the horror!!" Might be better without the rocker stripes.
