Never formally introduced myself

WHATS UP!
I'm Dakota, a 17 year old in Minnesota, my first car was and still is a 1996 Cobra convertible. I was given my car as a birthday gift from my parents on my 16th birthday. Before i received this car i never was into cars that much but since then i have become hooked! i been on this site for i believe 7 months or so and never introduced myself properly.

Here are some pictures, ill post from wen i got it to what it looks like today.

$7,000, the first thing we did was remove the stickers and get stock headlights and taillights! those had to go!

I really like your car, it's pretty ill! I think it looks so much better without the stickers. I like the roll bar also!

Its a light bar.. its only for style. Correct me if I'm wrong, because I know there is both..

Yeah, it's just a Styling bar. Just for looks and should not be relied on as a roll bar lol. And thanks. I really hated the tail lights so I had to change them and HAD to get the stickers removed because I didn't like them and neither did the cop

Thanks

I was out cruising(not speeding) and I went to put the car in neutral and roll to a stop and when I went to put it in first it wouldn't go! When I pushed in the clutch it feels like metal on metal. I knew if I turned it off I wouldn't be able to start it back up, so I got it rolling and popped it in first and was able to drive it to the shop. The clutch WAS about 3-4 months old.

Shop called back. They had yelled at my dad asking how stupid he was to put an aluminum flywheel in the car. When they are the ones that out it in without us knowing! AND they have to replace heads because one leaks oil so maybe even have to replace the cams!
