My Mustang came in today!

Thanks everybody! The surgery went great. The only pain I have is in the incision area. No back pain at all. I'm glad I got my car but, it sure bites to not be able to drive it. Doc says I have to take it easy for one week. I can report that the new builds have the series B Shaker stereo though. Digital camera was dead so pics will be a little late.

arrived. It was a week before I could get up there. I know you are happy. You do that Flat Rock run and help me cook the possums for the way southern boys from Texas. Not sure if John and Bryan like possum so we might have to cook up somethin else for them.

HaHa! That would be a great trip Bill. I should finally be getting back to work when that happens though and I'm sure I'll get smacked if I ask for some vacation. I've been off work since April 2004 waiting for this surgery. Those Houston guys might like some fresh Armadillo soup.

Great looking car! And the story of seeing it on your way home from surgery is only the first of many that will eventually be associated with that car for you. Enjoy all the good times to come.

Congratulations Jimmy. Finally getting the car makes you kinda forget all the things that are not so great in the world. All you will think about is the car for a while. When am I going to drive it next, what mods if any am I going to put on it. You will find yourself just walk to the garage or driveway and just stare at it sometimes. It's an awesome feeling to know you finally have it. You know all of us guys and gals in North Texas area need to get together some weekend with our 05's. I have seen other people in parts of the country get together I think that would be cool to meet and see the different 05's. Get well soon Jimmy!
