My first Mustang!
Picked up a '13 CPO GT yesterday! Been in and around Mustangs all my life, but this is my first one. I'm coming out of a 200hp Sonata, so needless to say I've got some adjusting to do.
My new car is a Sterling Gray, 6 speed GT Premium optioned with the Comfort Package, 19" wheels and 3.31 gears.
As a teenager, I spent many nights cruising with my best friend in his '85 LX 5.0 convertible (175 hp!). Ever since, I've wanted a V8 Mustang, but have been driving family cars and SUV's.
Got one pleasant surprise when I got to the dealer for the test drive - the car already had GT500 axle backs installed. Man, it sounds sweet! I had planned to put those on soon, so that was cool. No other mods, other than a light window tint.
I picked it up in Atlanta and drove back to Birmingham....averaged 26 mpg. Not bad.
Looking forward to some 5.0 fun.
