Hi guys and gals,
My name is Ken Easter. I have been a mustang guy since I was a child. My grandfather bought our families mustang brand new in 1965 for $1800. It is a 65 fastback GT Poppyseed Red 289 4 on the floor it is a K code car and has been well taken care but driven.. It is currently in brother's possession in San Luis in California. I'll find some pics of it an post it as I'm sure ya'll would to see it. I helped my Dad restore it when I was 12-15 years old. My personal first mustang was a 1994 cobra white with red stripes red and black interior, really loved that car. I have always wanted a s197 since they came out just had life and kids to contend with and it wasn't practical for me to own one until recently. I purchase my 2008 pony vista blue dove gray interior. I have put later model pony rims on it and added louvers and dual exhaust to the V6. she's pretty and I will not be selling this one. I met our admin Kevin on ebay hunting for parts. I have looked on this forum for things as well. Seems like a great place to collaborate and bounce ideas of of each other and help find things we all need. Looking forward to getting to know ya'll in the future.
Thanks,
Ken

Glad to have you on board... Also, thanks for sharing your history as a lifelong Mustang enthusiast and owner, and for also posting an image of your recently purchased 2008 Vista Blue V6 Mustang, as she appears to look in very excellent condition... Congrats!
Welcome to the corral and thanks for sharing your story with us. We would all love to see pics of that '65 your brother has in California. And a very nice vista blue pony you have!
