Memorial Day Car Show.....My First....I WON!

Cars from the Show ( including Mine)
Some guy posted these pics on a corvette site, but my car is the 2nd picture.
I was in the 1996-Current CUSTOM CLASS.
There were so many cars in my catagory. Lots of mustangs and Chevys. SOme with lambo doors, Saleens, even another '05 GT with all Shelby Badges ( a wanna be).
I took 1st PLACE!!
I was completely SHOCKED when they said my name.
Great turn out.
That 1967 Stang next to me was pretty nice too!!

Thanks everyone. I think maybe the judges liked the fact that the mods were in good taste , and not "over the top" like with the lambo doors, etc.
I am not really sure what they were looking for , but I can tell you I completely surprised I got placed at all, much less 1st place. Some of the other cars in this catagory were truely beautiful , and amazing.
The trophy is amazing. I have another show next Saturday with just '05 stangs, so we shall see what happens there.
I am still amazed.

PS: I can telly ou A LOT of folks asked about the intake cover!!!! It was a big hit !!
