Making mistakes!

I have a 2013 5.0 I frequently buy my parts from american muscle and haven't had any issues until now. I have a set of rims and tires j bought from them and they are not what j imagined. But I cant return them because the tires are mounted and balanced before shipped to me. Any ideas?

IIRC, as long as they haven't been installed and ran on the vehicle? they're still considered as brand new and should therefore be returnable under their return policy

Were the tires and wheels two separate line items on the order?

yeah that is the only reason I can think of that they won't let you return them; pretty sure there is no problem returning their standard packages, as long as you haven't put them on the car
