hey everyone,
ive been reading threads from here for a while and theyve all been very helpful with questions ive had about installing parts, diagnosing problems, etc. so i finally decided to join and return the favor by maybe sharing some things ive learned with others.
my dad and i bought our car (Red Pony) back in 2009 as a father/son project car and its turned out better than we could ever have hoped. we share the cost of mods and expenses such as fuel and insurance since its my daily driver. (he drives an '03 honda pilot.... haha. but he hopes to get a 2011 v6 when he returns from a deployment in the middle east; hes a pilot in the air force). i have a blast driving her and she always gets compliments from my friends at my high school.
some highlights so far include: FRPP 3.73 gears, dspec shocks, BBK CAI, JBA axleback exhaust, painted on stripes, upgraded brakes and BOSS 302 brake cooling ducts, TCI ratcheting auto shifter, (we wanted a manual but the deal we got on her back in '09 was too good to pass up) CDC chin spoiler, valve covers i painted myself and subwoofers i installed myself, and some other cosmetic and performance mods.
so glad to finally be a member here, hope to see u all around!

Welcome to TMS man. Sweet ride. I see the pic in your avatar, any pics you could upload to the thread? Your pops raised ya very well. Glad you are loving your mustang. What part of so cal are you from? If you are local there are many mustang events out here in the San Fernando Valley area.

I guess I did something wrong while uploading them... What's the best/easiest way to get them to show up in the thread and not just as attatchments? Sorry I'm a total newbie haha
