Just got here - Greetings from Germany
Hi all,
I just got here as I was looking for some information on the 2012 Boss 302, in particular the Trackey. Google was quite helpful again.
After owning a 2005 V6 (Windveil Blue) for nearly 6 years (besides my 1967 convertible), I decided to go for a Boss 302 in April.
The car arrived at the Port of Bremerhaven 4 months after I placed the order with Sawgrass Ford, Sunrise, FL.
After undergoing some modifications (lighting), the car was registered and ready to hit the streets of Germany last Thursday.
I am looking forward to your comments
Andreas
Here is a portion of my car (it stick had all the stickers attached when I took the picture) - hope you like it. More to come.

I had a lot of fun with my Boss but I garaged it for the winter months, back for more in March.
About the amber turning lights: There are a number of shops that convert the rear lights according to EU requirements. They got rid of the sequential lights
Making those modifications is not a big thing but as always, there is a lot of paperwork involved which is hard (and costly) to obtain if you don't know who to talk to.
All in all, the conversion and street approval was ~2,500EUR, most of it for the paperwork.
Cheers,
Andreas
Since there is no alternative head lights compliant to EU requirements, a "certificate of exemption: approximate function verified" (Ausnahmegenehmigung: Etwawirkung nachgewiesen) was issued.
Likewise, there are such certificates for the non-compliant anti-theft system, the side markers, the safety belts, the speedometer (thanks to the Canajans, there is a kph scale), emission classification (we pay taxes by CO2 emissions), the brakes and so on.
Since there are not many Bosses in Germany, and the Boss is different, all those certificates were at extra costs, twice as much as for the standard GT and V6.

The reason why I asked is I wonder if there is such thing as E-code headlights for S197. The pattern is so much better and there is a possibility of, since E-code headlights I know, running H4 bulb which is significantly superior than the sad H13.
Oh well, at least there is an answer. Thank you and enjoy your Boss 302.
PS: 2,500 euros are worth every penny to bring and legalize such thing as a Boss 302 into your country.

The conversion was just the final bit of extra costs, which included shipping 2K USD, customs duties 10% on the buying price + shipping, and 19% government tax on top of the subtotal.
All in all, it was almost 20K USD on top of the MSRP which is what I left with the dealership in FL.
Still, the car is worth every dime.

Kaiserslautern here, #1409 is in the garage for the winter as well. Too bad we won't be able to get TracKey over here, only available to dealers in the US and Canada. Looking forward to hitting the ring in the spring, maybe I'll see you there!
@all: I am located in the wonderful city of Düsseldorf (DUS).
I got my Trackey code. Basically, Ford's software is required to upgrade the software enabling it with the key I received. The software is available to Ford dealers around the world.
I am sure, we will meet in 2012. Looking forward!
