Well, after trying to order an '05 in May, my '06 has finally arrived at the dealership. They are putting on the auto-dimming mirror and undercoating it today, but I hope to get a call this afternoon that it's ready for pick-up.

The only dark cloud is just that--thunderstorms are in the forecast! :bang:

I'll post some pics as soon as I can.

Thanks to everyone for posting on this forum! I've received a lot of great advice, and as a result, there's a whole stack of stuff sitting in the garage waiting to be bolted on.

No performance parts (yet), since I'm not sure I really need more than 300 horses. So far:

CDC Light bar
Module to disable light bar when top is up
WebElectric sequentials
Redlinetuning hood struts
Ford Chrome exhaust tips
Nokya hyper-whites for the headlights
Silverstar ST9005's for the foglights
MGW Chrome a/c ***** and coathangers
Ford autodim mirror w/compass, temp & Homelink (dealer installing)
Window tint
and last but not least:
Escort 8500 X50 radar detector

Congrats!

And great taste by the way...

I'm really interested in your auto-dim mirror, can you post a pic of it too? And let me know how you like it, I'm thinking of having one installed too.

Here's a picture. However, this one doesn't have temp, but the one I ordered has temp, compass, and homelink.

I'll let you know how it works. I wonder if rear window tint will reduce its ability to dim. We'll see.

Man, what a dummy!!! You're right! I got carried away in the spirit of the moment.....didn't realize it until you said it!

Oh man oh man....I can't stop driving it! Have to go back and get my truck now. Left it at the dealership so I could drive this baby home.

It was a terrible day for pictures. Heavy downpours all the way home, but the rain has at last stopped, and I was able to drive with the top down. Pictures tomorrow--promise!!!

Not the first on this forum, but the first from my dealership. Quite possibly the first Tungsten ICAP vert on this forum, however. It sure is sweet to drive!

Do you have to leave the Mustang back at the dealership now so you can drive your truck home?
