I do wish I had never found this place though. It's cost me tens of thousands of dollars. Plus now the kids will have to go to community college. Thanks for nothing TMS.

I had stumbled onto another forum (which shall remain nameless...) I was new to the Mustang forum world, and contempating the purchase of a new V-6. Several of my threads and questions were met with such hostility and downright hate that I was appalled. A few posters were very nasty about why anybody would be interested in anything less than a 5.0 and were most vocal about it. I just quietly bowed out and thought it not a good place to hang around.

I found a couple more forum sites and just felt better about the overall tone and helpfulness exhibited here - hope I have found a home!

Personally I have never understood the whole 6 vs 8 debate. Or ever the four bangers. Heck, even the Mustang II harassment puzzles me.

I dont get any bickering with what model Stang that people have. To me a Stang is a Stang and I love Stangs. It shouldnt matter what model it is.

I found this place looking on the internet. I have a 2011 Mustang 4.6 and was wondering about the the headrests. They are angles too far forward. What is the fix for this. Very uncomforbale

I went to the 2003 Cleveland Auto Show and the Ford rep there said "about 16 months" until production on the 2005 Mustang. So in the summer of 2004, I was digging around the internet for information on the new Mustang and found a site that had a ton of pictures and information, and had the official order guide. Went to my Ford dealer with the order guide I printed out. Then came back here to join to excitement!

I can't believe it's been almost 7 years...

Many moons ago when I had my '90 4cyl stang. I was searching the web for info on doing a 5.0 swap or turbo the 4cyl. Eventualy I got smart and ditched that idea and bought my '02 GT instead lol.
