+1 on the avatar. Didn't that kid get arrested for theft and vandalism? In Vegas they seriously play chess with cones. One shortcut one day will be a detour to around the city the next day.

 

The guy is a local college student and yes he got busted by the cops. The construction company that owned the barrels did not press charges, in fact they commissioned him for more works. Cities and cops being what they are, they prosecuted anyway. Got fined and charged with something ridiculous. But he got some local fame for his other artwork.
