Hey guys, New here!

Hey guys, I just picked up my mustang about 2 weeks ago. I just turned 21, and just traded my charger in on the mustang. This is the 2nd car I have owned. I have some big plans for the 5.slow. Any ideas? Give me some.

Here is the charger

And my blank canvas...

Hello and welcome to TMS. I'm turn 21 myself in Feb.

You picked the best color but I'm bias.

First thing I would recommend for your 5.0 is and after market exhaust, hands down.

There are plenty of clips around youbtube as well in the 5.0 mod section, just depends on the tone you are looking for. I have Roush on mine I LOVE the sound of the Roush exhaust.

Enjoy that 5.0 man, it's a beast!

EDIT:

Here are 2 topics on the Roush ones that have youbtube clips in them.

And its a quick car stock, I ran my buddies intake, tune SRT8 and I shut down with a car on him....but my buddies E92 M3 with a exhaust and tune got me....

Looks like you are in the right direction for mods.

The mustang is all around better car then SRT8 not to mention 500-600 pounds lighter.

As for the M3, don't expect to run all over them they are equally fast stock with with better dirveability but what with a 60-70K sitcker?

You put half of the extra money you save from buying the 5.0 over a M3 and the stang you will smash on the M3. You only paying HALF of what a M3 costs will make him feel like a doofus.

HAHAHA....3.6 KB? And I think I am going to pick up a CS lower grille this weekend, a guy has a "low mileage" one for $80.00...

And yeah the CS is a good mod, very popular in the aftermarket world.
