Hi, I'm Andy and I've finally realised (almost) the dream of owning a Mustang (after 40 yrs) when I personally imported a Bullitt in Jan-Jun 2008 (that's how long it took from Detroit to England and be actually on the road!)

Anyway, we've spent many happy hours driving through France where the roads are fairly empty and the countryside is glorious.

I'm now getting frustrated by how difficult it is to speak to anyone knowledgeable regarding my car. I generally import parts from American Muscle and other sundries from UK sources. The Ford dealership network in the UK is, IMHO, not flexible enough, they seem to deny the very existence of anything outside the UK! This leaves me up the proverbial creek without a paddle.

Now, hopefully, I have someone/people who I can reach out to...…

I know your pain. Locally I have a Ford dealer that is very accomodating and will take 'off the beaten path' measures if needed. Can't really tall you much of the general consensus in the UK where you're at tho.
