Hello all Mustang lovers!
We are new soon to be proud parents of a 2014 Shelby GT 500.
This has been a true dream for us for quite sometime. We just placed our order on Friday. Can't wait to get some sort of confirmation. I have read on other forums that It could take 6-8 weeks to get a VIN number. I have also heard that the production for the Shelby will start in March.
If anyone can gives us any info regarding how to get conformation on build dates or other information it would be greatly appreciated!
We can't wait to finally get our car home (and for the snow to melt)

Welcome. Send Deysha (Ford Customer Service) a PM with your order number and the dealer you purchased it from and she will be able to get you the VIN, build date, window sticker and such for you when it becomes available. You may have to ask the dealer for the order number once Ford approves the order. Deysha is a great help here with tracking new orders.
