Hello everyone,
Avid Mustang enthusiast for many years my 2011 Kona Blue 5.0 6mt is the 5th mustang I've owned and I've loved every single one of them. Even my 88 with t-tops that leaked so bad I had to put trash bags on the seats just to wash the car. Actually I miss the ****ens out of that car.

I'm a detailing junkie as well as a motorcycle fiend. I guess could say I have oil in the veins or what not.
Recently got moved out here to lovely Twentynine Palms for the military and haven't gotten my car out here yet, but after the first of the year the ole girl will arrive.

So what is an automotive junkie to do in the Mojave when he doesn't even have his car.

Looking forward to throwing my 2¢ around. Hopefully someone will bite on it.

There's raceway by Edwards Afb close to rosamond city. Check out Speed Ventures website if you're thinking about tracking.

 

I would LOVE to do some tracking and autocross one of the big reasons I'm bringing my car out here after Xmas thanks for the info

29 Palms looks like a bit of a distance from Rosamond.

I believe there is another track near you but I don't recall the name.

Yeah I'm about 170 miles from Rosamond...
There is Auto Club Speedway in Fontana that's only 100 or so away
And then there is Chuckwalla Valley that's only 80 or so by the time I drive through Joshua Tree

Dying to get on a track for sure

 

If you ever go to Willow a lot of locals from www.socalterminators.com head over there. Hell one guy even makes the day trip from San Diego.

 

Welcome, nice looking car. I grew up just outside of Edwards, can't say I miss it that much, but would love to get the car out to Willow Springs.
