Ford 302
it is hard to get a response to a generic question like this because some will sit and wait for the first answer just to dispute it ..essentially there is no difference in a truck 302 and a car 302 .. now comes the " well what about the BOSS302 ..well what about the HiPo 302 ..well what about the 5.0 302 ... if you have a truck 302 motor it will fit where a car 302 sits ....
Or the current 5.0/302 in the F150 and Mustang?
Typically there are different cams and tunes for better low-midrange torque for the F150, vs cams and tunes for higher rpm performance in the Mustang. Other than that, and some different plumbing/fitment, its the same engine.
Are you talking about the old pushrod 302?
