First mustang!
Hey guys and gals! Just bought my first mustang two days ago. It's a '82 GT, I love it! So far... Lol. I'm 17 from Mid Missouri. My dad was the owner of a 35th anniversary special edition GT, I think around 200 made? Anyways, his first car was a '66 coupe that's unfortunately a rust bucket now. My brother's first car was a '65, planning on swapping my dads old '66 motor. That never happened, so my dad graciously traded (gave) my brother the '99 for the '65. That jackass blew a hole through the block and sold it. He then recently bought a '84 lx with a 351w swap in it. That was the first mustang I ever drove, and I was hooked. Well I drove that my junior year of highschool and me being a highschooler the tires got prego and its been parked. I just bought this '82 because I love the fox style and especially the 4 eyed ones. Now that you know my life story on mustangs, time for my car.
1982 Mustang GT Hatchback
Motor:
-302
-2 barrel edlebrock carburetor
-Edlebrock polished intake
-Aftermarket valve covers
-K&N filter
Transmission:
-c4 tranny
-Stall converter (I don't know the rpm range)
-Different rear end with 373 gears
Misc. Mods:
-fabricated roll bar/cage
-aftermarket rims
-rattle canned matte black
I just got the car so I don't know every little thing about it. It definitely is a running project though.
