Ed 2012 Race Red GT
Hey guys. Just bought a 2012 GT. I've owned a 1969 Mach 1, 1970 Mach 1, and a 2003 Mach 1 in the past. Will post pics of the current toy soon, and I do have several ideas and questions I'd like to share here. Thanks for letting me join. Hopefully, I can assist others as well.

I've already removed the hideous white stripes, much more planned.....Boss grille, C/S fogs, cervini quarter window setup, pedestal spoiler, black door handles can't decide...either a 1969 mach 1 scoop w/turn sigs, or a CDC shaker setup...Haven't decided on stripes yet..All input welcome

Much better without the rocker stripes. Not sure about over the top stripes though. You might not need them. RR is very striking on it's own. Lower it an inch or so, add some black wheels, and you'll have a major head turner. Nice ride.

Seeing the Coyote stripe on the side made me wonder about how/who comes up with these names: Coyote=wild dog that constantly chases a roadrunner but never catches it. Add that to a Mustang, so you have a wylie horse dog. I had a P71 Crown Vic they called the platform a panther, but the body was a whale body. Go figure!
